Facelet (bracelet of faces)

Just by chance I discovered Lulu Frost's jewels and website. And the impact with this dollcultural Circe bracelet was inevitable! These faces are not exactly dolls, but could seem something similar being modeled in resin, with the sumptuous enrichment of glass pearls and mixed metal cusps and ringlets. I love minimal elegance in clothing, frequently just as an excuse to enhance spectacular ornaments, and this is the case here. Per puro caso ho scoperto i gioielli e il sito Lulu Frost. E l'impatto con questo dollculturale braccialetto Circe era inevitabile! Qsti volti non sono esattamente bambole, ma potrebbero sembrare qualcosa del genere essendo modellati nella resina, col sontuoso arricchimento di perle di vetro cuspidi e anellini di metalli vari. Amo l'eleganza minimale nell'abbigliamento, spesso come scusa per poter esaltare ornamenti spettacolari - e qui è il caso. Chi volesse vedere invece bijoux realizzati con parti di Barbie, cerchi i lavori di Margaux Lange in qsto blog o googlando in giro.

Didn’t want to even mention Valentine day till I happened to find this amazing and emblematic jewel by Margaux Lange, who used Barbie heart-shaped breasts composed in a sort of flower - to our surprise.

Non avevo nemmeno intenzione di fare parola su S. Valentino, finché non ho trovato questo sbalorditivo ed emblematico gioiello di Margaux Lange, che ha usato busti di Barbie fatti a cuore composti in un fiore - per sorprenderci.
