How could I forget them so far? I suppose they were just sedimented somewhere in my mind, the images of Hans Bellmer’s work, I mean, who investigated with an engineeristic perversity the morbid, dark sides of his very OOAK giant BJDs (ball jointed dolls) – and not nowadays, but in the 30s!

Come ho fatto a dimenticarmene finora? Forse erano solo sedimentate nella mia testa da qlche parte, le immagini del lavoro di Hans Bellmer, che con ingegneristica perversità ha indagato sui lati morbosi, oscuri delle sue, molto sue, BJD (ball jointed dolls) OOAK – e non adesso, negli anni ’30!
