This year again, Doll Collectors’ Club Italia is raising funds for Telefono Azzurro, a non profit organization fighting against child abuse. Dolls4children is a yearly charity operation. Supported by eBay Italia and fueled by these wonderful donations from Angelic Dreamz, meandmydolls aka Mauro Marchetti and Superfrock, we put up for auction 4 valuable dolls, here in the pics by Pamela De Lorenzi and Sara Talamini. Bid big!


Anche qst’anno Doll Collectors’ Club Italia raccoglie fondi a favore di Telefono Azzurro, onlus che combatte contro gli abusi sui bambini. Dolls4children è un’operazione di beneficenza che organizziamo ogni anno. I’m not here to please all this “go gothic”. But it is a sort of childish chill or ambivalent fascinated fun for skeletons, that I collected the following images for comparison: a hand-bracelet by Delfina Delettrez + a Barbie doll reminiscent of her sculpture-jewels + a Sybarite doll with wedding ring, as interpreted by doll collector and OOAKer Veik11 on flickr.

Non sono qui a compiacere tutto qsto “vai di gotico”. Ma è con un po’ di brivido bambinesco o ambivalente fascinazione per gli scheletri che ho messo insieme le seguenti immagini per confrontarle: un bracciale-mano di Delfina Delettrez + una Barbie che ricorda i suoi gioielli scultura + una bambola Sybarite con anello nuziale nell’interpretazione su flickr del creatore di OOAk veik11.

These 3 Sybarites (Ok, it's collectors' jargon, I'm talking about a doll kind, very sought after at the moment) donated to Doll Collectors' Club Italia, are up for bids on eBay till Monday night. As every year, the proceedings will totally go to the operators of Telefono Azzurro, to fund their assistance to abused children. So doll collecting can try to do some good. Be the high bidder!

Queste 3 Sybarite (Ok, è gergo collezionistico, parolo di bambole molto ricercate al momento) sono, ancora per 2 giorni, all'asta su eBay. Come ogni anno, il ricavato andrà in toto agli operatori di Telefono Azzurro, per sostenere l'assistenza ai bambini vittime di abusi. Così collezionare bambole può fare anche un po' di bene.
